What is your minimum order quantity?

Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style. We designed this specifically for emerging brands and boutiques — no need for hundreds of units to get started.

How does the sampling process work?

Send us your design (sketch, reference photo, or tech pack). Our design team creates a 3D mockup within 24-48 hours. Once approved, we produce a pre-production sample within 5-7 days. The sample cost is refunded when you place your bulk order.

What are your payment terms?

We accept 50% deposit to start production and 50% before shipment. Payment methods include T/T bank transfer, PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance for your protection.

Can you do private labeling and custom packaging?

Absolutely. We provide full private label service — woven labels, hang tags, care labels, poly bags, and custom packaging boxes. Everything branded to your specifications.

How do you handle shipping and customs?

We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to 40+ countries. This means we handle all logistics, customs clearance, and import duties — you receive the goods at your door with no hidden costs.

What quality control measures do you have?

Every production batch goes through our in-house 3-stage QC: incoming fabric inspection, in-line production check, and final AQL 2.5 random inspection before shipping. We send photos and videos at each stage so you can see your products being made.
